Infantry Colonel Andi Gunawan Profile, The Youngest Child of General (retired) Edy Sudradjat

The youngest child of a retired Indonesian National Armed Forces’ Commander, Edi Sudradjat, has a quite bright career.

Graduated from the Military Academy in 1995, he has served as a Colonel from 2015.

And now he is serving as Pamen Sahli of Pangdam Jaya’s Jemen Sishanneg division from 2020.

Infatry Colonel Andi Gunawan is very good when it comes to field missions.

After graduated from the Military Academy, he was tasked to Yonif Linud 305 in Karawang for three years, from 1999-2004.

Then in 2002, he was sent to Poso in a mission to prevent the riot that occurred in that time.

He did his mission for two years.

Before that, around 2000, Andi Gunawan was given a mission to guard the Papua’s border during his Kopassus’ education program.

Then, he was also given a mission in Aceh before marrying Berti Indahsarai, his current faithful wife.

Infantry Colonel Andi Gunawan, Sip was born on 10th of Septermber 1973 (age 49).

He is a Field Officer of Indonesian National Armed Forces and now he is serving as Pamen Sahli of Pangdam Jaya’s

Jemen Sishanneg division.

Andi Gunawan is a graduate of the Military Academy class of 1995 and he excels in the field of infantry (Kopassus).

He is also a son of the retired Ministry of Defense, General (retired) Edi Sudrajat (1938-2006) and Captain Pnb (retired) Lulu Lugiyati

Andi Gunawan is the younger brother of Indonesian National Armed Forces’ Brigadier General Iman Budiman which is now serving as Danrem 161/Wira Sakti.

Iman Budiman is a graduate of the Military Academy class of 1993, only 2 years difference from his brother.
